Snow hiking to the Malga Gampen

The winter hike starts at the car park Zans in the back of the Val di Funes. You arrive at the nearby Sass Rigais inn first, then continue along a tracked snow path through the small Tschantschenon valley and up through the forest along a wide forest trail. The hike finishes along partly snow-free slopes up to the Malga Gampen. The total time required up to the alpine pasture takes around 1:30 h. Either return along the same path or go down on a toboggan.

Winter hiking to the Malga Geisler

The tour to the Malga Geisler starts at the Ranui car park. The ascent to the Malga Geisler is along a forest trail. Once there, you can contemplate the snow-covered landscape and stunning backdrop of the Odle peaks from the pleasant terrace or the rustic indoor setting. You can either return along the same path on foot or take a toboggan down the 6-km-long toboggan run into the valley. Toboggans can be hired directly from the Malga Geisler.
