Rocky neighbours

The famous pale mountains within reach.

The Vista Hotel lives up to its name. Just as you arrive at 1,680 metres above sea level, your gaze wanders to the Geislerspitzen, the local mountains of the world-famous mountaineer Reinhold Messner. You can marvel at the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site of the Dolomites from the front row. No obstructed view. Just you and the horizon.

A gift of nature

With their bizarre rock formations and steep walls, the Dolomites are unlike any other mountains in the world. The World Natural Heritage can be experienced in many ways all year round. In winter it transforms into the largest ski destination in the world: Dolomiti Superski inspires with 15 ski areas and 1200 km of slopes.

But the summer is just as varied as the winter: from cycling to hiking in the Puez-Geisler nature park to climbing on the mountain peaks. At dusk, the rock faces of the Dolomites turn glowing red and one of the most fascinating spectacles in the mountains never ceases to amaze.
