Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We would ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of your departure.
A pre-payment of €300.00 on confirmation will secure your reservation. This sum cannot be returned in the event of cancellation 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival or in the event of non-arrival.
Where an evening meal is not required (cancellation at the latest by 11.30 a.m.), € 8,00 per person will be credited to you: no refund is given if breakfast is not taken.
Pets are allowed (except in the dining room and wellness area): we charge € 12,00 per day, not including food.
No reimursement for unused services of the vacation packages, week specials or all inclusive arrangements.
Cancellation conditions:
For early departures or late arrivals, 100% of the agreed accommodation price will be charged for unused days. For cancellations made at short notice (28 days prior to arrival) we will charge 70% of the accommodation price for the entire period of reservation.
Information. If we can re-let the rooms for the same period, no charge will be payable.
We recommend cancellation insurance from HGV should you be unable to travel or you arrive late and/or you have to leave early on account of sickness or other problems. We will be pleased to send you an information form if required.
